Important FYI

Preserved Botanicals

  • Not all botanicals can be preserved. For example, a lilly. Those that can't be preserved I can paint. 

  • Many botanicals loose color & become muted after preservation.

  • Keep preserved botanicals out of direct light & away from humidity.

  • The best way to protect preserved botanical on a painting is by keeping it in a shallow shadow box. Look at frame options based on style and budget. 

  • Pressed florals take 1-2 days

  • Dried florals take 1-2 weeks depending on the type of flower and the number of florals. 

  • It is normal for the dried botanicals to shed, especially during shipment.

Watercolor Painting

  • Each original painting is on Canon cold press watercolor paper

  • Custom Orders will be on Arches hot pressed watercolor paper. 

  • Each flower takes me 1-3 hours to paint, depending on type & detail.

  • Paintings may have imperfections such as; pencil marks, slight water & paint stains. 

Payment​

  • 50% payment is due within 5 days to begin orders. 

  • If the down payment is not received in 5 days, I will move to the next client on the waitlist. 

  • Once the painting is complete the other 50% is due before shipment.

Shipment

  • Free shipping with orders over $50.

  • Large paintings mailed in a tube. Small paintings are shipped flat.

  • Mix media art will be shipped in a frame of your choice and budget.
